So although we utilise proven and standardised platforms and techniques, each is customised to match the specific requirements of your event.

  • Experience in the private sector

    We work with international organisations that bring their teams together for face to face conferencing and networking at offsite venues.

    Very often these clients operate in business to business markets. Their conferences typically involve 100 to 500 participants (although some are considerable larger) at a two or three day event in an off site meeting or hotel facility.

    Their participants arrive well briefed and prepared for the conference because they have been  engaging with the preliminary discussions and reports on the EventExtra conference communication hub issues. Additionally, the hub has been available to receive inputs and comments from non attending employees from across their organisation.

  • Experience in the public sector

    We work with government and international agencies at both national and global level setting up communication and discussion platforms in support of conferences and meetings on cultural, civil society and humanitarian issues.

    In tandem with both the 2007 and the 2009 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings in Uganda and Trinidad respectively, the EventExtra team was commissioned to set up, facilitate and manage the online platform in support of the People’s Forum activities and in doing so reach out, promote and engage with its global audience and opinion formers.
